# Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

## Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

## Return Conditions

Items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Show no signs of excessive wear or damage caused by misuse

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

We will gladly provide:

• A replacement
or
• A full refund

at no additional cost.

## Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before processing begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

## Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.

## Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be refused if:

• The item has been used
• The item is damaged by the customer
• Original packaging is missing
• The return request is made after the 30-day period

## Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size selected, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Prestige Authentic will cover all related costs.
